Breakfast with juice and hot chocolate. The rooms with 2 double beds. Great and decent location, close to downtown attractions👌

    Beds were very high.

The room here was recently redone and a good size, plus it had coffee available. I really liked having a kitchenette and a nice separate living area. the location was fantastic, super close to downtown. 🌟

The location was great for two single guys to go out to party and see the city of Rochester. Though you have to have car while staying just to get everywhere.

Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Rochester. Good value, room was newly remodelled, staff were exceptionally nice. The service was great and the food was good. The location was marvellous and convenient and I could use free parking on-site. There was plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. I thoroughly enjoyed a nice restaurant with an American menu.

The property is clean with spacious and updated rooms. the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Everyone who works here is exceptional and pleasant. the location is marvelous, just minutes from a massive museum. the hotel is nestled in a nice building adjacent to the outlet. They offer excellent service. I always enjoy staying here when I am in Rochester.

24 hour desk person since our keys didn't work when we got back from going out and about

Had a damp smell, room appeared clean but based off previous reviews i brought blankets and pillows. The shower wasn't too awful but i tend to bring flip flops for public places anyway.

Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly and courteous

Noisy old air conditioner, cockroaches in the bathroom, dirty grout in shower.

The check-in process was smooth. the room was perfectly clean and huge, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a television. the linens were also very comfortable. the staff were welcoming and very polite. the location is marvelous, close to Genesee River's High Falls.

It was okay. Decent access to expressways.

Showers are tiled which means possibility for mold and mildew. We had a bit of mildew in the corners of the shower. Not out of control. Just needed to be bleached. Bathroom didn't have any kind of vent either, or it didn't work.

    Closely located near theatres.

Several bars in the area around hotel. Saturday night partiers were quite rowdy and noisy outside hotel at 2:30 a.m.

Our room had walk-in showers, which was so convenient. the hotel is in a perfect spot, close to other areas, with tons of restaurants around, and even the George Eastman House 🏠.

The service here was top-notch, our room had a modern design with nice amenities like phone chargers and cozy linens, and the neighborhood it's in is lovely.

The rooms are spotless and spacious with two double beds, making it feel like a home away from home; the staff members are outstanding and friendly, and the central downtown location is convenient.
